Killian is a seasoned Regenerative Agriculture, Aquaculture, Aquaponics,and Hydroponics specialist with a strong background in climate-smart agriculture. Trained at the Stelleborsh University, he has spearheaded the design and implementation of innovative farming systems across Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and Botswana. His work focuses on sustainable food production, integrating technology-driven solutions that enhance water efficiency, boost crop yields, and build resilience against climate change

Managing director

Dr. Christopher M. Mabeza is a climate change
scholar, social anthropologist, and author whose
work bridges environmental management,
adaptation, and community resilience. With a
PhD in Social Anthropology (University of Cape
Town), he has served as a postdoctoral
researcher, senior lecturer, consultant, and
climate policy advisor across Southern Africa.

Projects Coodinator

Simbarashe Sibanda is a dynamic Projects
Coordinator with a unique blend of creative and
managerial expertise. He holds a BA in Visual
Art, a Diploma in Business Communications, and
a Certificate in Project Management, equipping
him with both artistic insight and practical
project execution skills

Finance Manager

Tariro Munaku is an accomplished Finance
Director with strong expertise in corporate
governance, financial management, and strategic
leadership. She holds a Chartered Governance
and Accountancy Institute in Zimbabwe (CGI)
